Any refund will be processed to the credit card used to place the order for the actual purchase price.
Heartfelt Sympathies only uses the freshest flowers and plants available. Depending on the season and availability of particular items, orders will be processed to ensure that the arrangement is as similar as possible to the ordered item. Flower and plant colors, varieties and containers may vary but the type of arrangement (size and shape) will not be affected. If substitution is necessary, other types of flowers or plants of equal or greater value will be used. For one-of-a-kind arrangements (roses, lilies, orchids), color substitution may be necessary.
